EASY HEARTS Background | Minimal Supplies | CAS - Clean & Simple

Way's to use it Wednesday - Series
Happy Wednesday Everyone! I hope this post finds you happy and healthy.
For today's series, I wanted to show you how to use a simple die, and create a really fun background!
As usual, I created a step-by-step video for you. I'm especially excited about this card as I'm going to send it to one lucky subscriber! All you have to do is post a comment on my video. From my Blog, I believe you have to click play on the video below, then click - Play on YouTube. A new window will open, and you should be able to leave a comment no problem if you are on a PC.
If you are on a device when you open my video on YouTube, but before you make it full screen, scroll all the way to the very bottom of that page and you will see where to leave your comment. I will use a random generator and draw a winner on Sunday! I won't comment on your comments in an effort to keep the comments numbers accurate. Does that make sense? Just know I will be reading them and smiling.

Be sure to leave your comment after watching the video!

Here's Laura's card that inspired me. If you click the photo it will take you to her channel.
tell her I said hi! (But not in a stalker kind of way - right?) hahaha
Question: What did you think of Laura? Don't you just adore her?!
Had you seen her channel before?
Let me know in the comments below. I love hearing from you!

Parital Embossing & Water Colors. Way's to use it Wednesdays Ep.3

Welcome to Episode 3. In this series, it's my goal to show you ways to use something you may already own in a different way. Let's stretch our supplies and get the most use out of them that we can. Right?!

Grab ANY background stamp that pleases you. Or you can pull out the Breathtaking Bouquet Cling set. Any detailed background will work here. Choose your favorite embossing powder, I did my card in Gold.

Great! Got your stamp ready? Click the video right below here to see exactly how I achieved this gorgeous effect with some embossing powder and a paintbrush.

Wasn't that fun? Did you learn something new or have you done this technique before? How about the way I used the watercolor pencils? That is my most FAVORITE way to use them. Probably because I do a lot of watercoloring with pallets and tubes.
Did you know that you can also use a few layers of clear embossing powder on the "YOU" to make it shiny? Do you know how to depress an item into the Versamark so you can emboss it any color you like? If not I have a video here and here that shows you how to do it.
Anyhow, I thought I would let you know in case you are in a pinch and don't have the products I used.

QUESTION: Which was the best "Way to use it" today. The Embossing or the Watercolor Pencils?
Happy Stampin'
