Create a Rustic Floral Card with this step by step DIY card making tutorial. Master your card making skills with tips & tricks every Monday on my YouTube Channel & Blog. C.A.S.E. For this card, I wanted to use the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set, as it is such a wonderful stamp set. In fact, it was one of the multiple sets I chose in my Stampin' Up! Starter Kit. I will really really miss this set. I feel like we have a special bond! lol

I paired the stamp set with the coordinating dies (that are also retiring 😔), and the Pinewood Plank 3D embossing folder to create a rustic type feel. I did add some paint pot splatter to the background, but it's hard to see in the video. I show you how I did it in my tutorial video (below). 

I blended some ink on my stamps, just like in my 6 Tips to INSTANTLY improve your card making skills video. If blending ink on stamps is new to you feel free to watch that video first, then watch the video below so you can easily follow along.

6 TIPS TO INSTANTLY IMPROVE YOUR CARD MAKING | Collab with Martin Stone | Stampin' Up!

I'm so very excited to bring you this video tutorial today. In collaboration with Stampin' Up! Artisan Designer, Martin Stone (aka Martin Mayhem). 

We are bringing you SIX TIPS to INSTANTLY improve your card making. 😊

Martin and I teamed up after I featured one of his cards in my "Let's CASE it, Let's MAKE it"! Series a couple weeks ago.  I'm such a fan of Martin's cards, and I know you will be too.

I wanted to use some Stampin' Up! stamps and elements that would help me deliver all 3 of my tips in one easy to follow card making tutorial. To do this I pulled out one of my all-time favorite floral stamp sets, To a Wild Rose. I paired the stamps with some Designer Series Paper, and the timeless Heirloom Frames Dies & 3D Embossing Folder. Let's not forget the sentiment that can make or break a card! SPOILER ALERT: I have some really good "Sentiment Tips" for you. 😉 I also used the Butterfly Beauty Dies for a few small elements to help me tie everything together.
