Sprayed Ink & Embossed Backgrounds | Spray Ink on Cards | Create Embossed Backgrounds | Stampin' Up!

Let's spray ink & emboss our background for added interest and texture. We will be painting flowers and leaves with ink instead of watercolor. But you can choose to watercolor your stamped images if you like.

I made a BIG embossing mistake on this card, and I will also show you how to FIX & PREVENT it!!

Create a Rustic Floral Card with this step by step DIY card making tutorial. Master your card making skills with tips & tricks every Monday on my YouTube Channel & Blog. C.A.S.E. For this card, I wanted to use the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set, as it is such a wonderful stamp set. In fact, it was one of the multiple sets I chose in my Stampin' Up! Starter Kit. I will really really miss this set. I feel like we have a special bond! lol

I paired the stamp set with the coordinating dies (that are also retiring 😔), and the Pinewood Plank 3D embossing folder to create a rustic type feel. I did add some paint pot splatter to the background, but it's hard to see in the video. I show you how I did it in my tutorial video (below).
