#MIFC011 - Starry Happiness Inspiration Card

This is the card I made to help inspire you for our current challenge. Play along to win a FREE STAMP SET or a Designer Series Paper Sampler! Good Luck!

I started out with some shimmer cardstock, I find it super easy to blend on. I just kinda 'eyeballed' the circular shape and started with Crushed Curry in the center. Then I worked outward with the Granny Apple Green. Finishing the outside with Bermuda Bay.

I also blended the same colors on some other pieces of shimmer cardstock so I could die cut out the stars to match. Then I randomly placed & laid them on the card front.

I stamped the sentiment (Supplies listed below) with Shimmer Black Stampin' Emboss Powder, then finished the card off with some random jewels I had in my stash.

I hope this card has inspired you! It was so super easy to make. I can't wait to see what you come up with for the challenge.

#MIFC011 - MAKE IT POP!

Happy April!! There are so many exciting things happening this month in the Challenges. The challenges are now, "challenges" rather than "sketches". We may throw a sketch in here and there just for fun, so check back every 2 weeks to see what we have for you.

Oops! No video this morning?!

Rather than just 'not upload' my video for today's series, and let you all wonder, I wanted to let you know what has happened. I spent the last 2 days testing and retesting some techniques for all of you with our Pigment Sprinkles. I've made a handful of cards and at 9:00PM last night I was ready to record the video. Only to discover I've run out of the poster board I need for the video. I was soooo upset. I thought I had more that I could cut down, and I don't. That means I cannot upload the Wednesday Series video today. So, I'm going to see if the Dollar Tree is open today so I can suit up and brave the elements and get some. Wish me luck!

Stamping On Vellum & How to HIDE THE GLUE!

Happy Monday! Welcome back to my Monday - Master Your Card Making Skills Series!

Today's card is a CASE (Copy & Share Everything) out of the 2018 - 2019 Annual Stampin' Up! Catalog. Page 161.

For today's card, I will show you how to recreate a card even if you don't have the same stamp set. I will also be stamping on vellum and showing you how to hide the glue!
